How Southern Allied Care collects, protects and uses your personal information โ€” in plain language, under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

Only what we need to support you

For participants: your name, contact details, date of birth, address, NDIS number, plan details and dates, plan-manager details, your goals, and the health and support information we need to deliver your supports safely. For workers: name, contact details, pay details and compliance documents.

We collect it to deliver and coordinate your supports, keep proper records, invoice and claim correctly, and meet our legal and NDIS obligations โ€” nothing else.

How we protect it

Our commitments to you

Stored securely

Access controls, encryption, device locks, backups and an audit trail. We aim to keep your information stored in Australia.

Never sold

We do not sell your information โ€” ever. We use it only for the purposes described here, or as required by law.

Shared only when needed

Only to deliver your supports and meet obligations โ€” for example with your plan manager for invoicing, or with the NDIS Commission where the law requires it. We collect information directly from you, or from your plan manager or support coordinator with your consent.

Your rights

See it, correct it, question it
