How it works

Support in four simple steps

No jargon, no run-around — here's exactly what happens when you reach out. Everything starts with a free meet & greet, and there are no lock-in contracts.

1

Get in touch

Call, email or request a call back. We'll have a relaxed, no-pressure chat about what you're after.

2

Plan your support

We talk through your goals, plan type and schedule, and answer any questions about how it all works.

3

Meet your worker

We match you with a support worker who fits your needs and personality — and introduce you properly.

4

Ongoing support

Support starts — same familiar faces every week, and we check in and adjust as life changes.

Why Southern Allied Care

Why we started this

Southern Allied Care is a small, hands-on team of dedicated support workers — Cameron Austin, Beau Austin and Lachlan Smith — who started this because we reckoned support work could be done better. We're small enough that you'll know all of us by name, experienced enough to do the job properly — and southern suburbs through and through.

01

Locals, actually

We live here too. We know the streets, the community and the services — and we're not going anywhere.

02

People before paperwork

Your goals, your schedule, your choice of worker. We fit around your life, not the other way around.

03

Quality & accountable

We operate to the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct, with documented care and clear records.

04

Consistent, familiar faces

We work hard to match you with the right support worker and keep that relationship consistent.
