Off the screen. Out the door. Into life.
Our support workers are more like mentors. After school or work they'll get your teen or adult walking, training, kicking a footy — out of the house and into a routine that builds fitness and confidence. And we do personal care and daily living support too, right across southern Adelaide.
Active Afternoons — 3–6pm, off screens and outside
For teens and adults who spend too much time on a screen and not enough time out in the world. Your support worker arrives after school or work, and together you get moving — less couch and phone, more fresh air, movement and good company.
Walk & talk
Beach walks, local trails, the dog park — movement plus a yarn with a worker who gets it.
Gym & sport
Gym sessions, kicking the footy, shooting hoops, a swim — building strength, skills and confidence.
Out & about
The skate park, fishing, the shops, a driving-practice run — the stuff that makes a week feel good, quietly working towards NDIS goals the whole time.
Funded under Social & Community Participation and Capacity Building in most NDIS plans — every session works towards your goals: physical health, social connection, routine and independence. Male mentors available, and it’s the same familiar face every week. Plan-managed and self-managed participants welcome. And parents — it hands you back your afternoon, too.
Start with a single session — free meet & greet first, no lock-in contracts, no obligation.
